     Hey hey! junkiereaders, as you can see not only am I a makeup junkie but also a nail polish junkie. I needed a top coat so I went for it and I purchased that "Sally Hansen INSTA-DRI", because it promises to dry ANY nail color in 30 seconds!!! . 

     I tried it and I didn't expect this babe to be so amazing. first, I applied my nail polish, and then I applied the top coat and it dried so fast! OH made my nail polish look shiner too.

       If you want  a cheap and good quality top coat, I think this it's the top coat you have looking for! What do you think about it? Let me know...
